1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • You have not used all sessions in your purchased package
  • You contact us through our official support channel

2. Refund Process

  2. Include your order number or transaction ID
  3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

3. Subscription Refunds (BeePass)

For monthly subscriptions (BeePass):

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available for the current billing period if cancelled within 24 hours of renewal
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused sessions in the current month
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, but you retain access until the end of the billing period

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sessions that have been fully completed
  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • Packages where all sessions have been used
  • Gift purchases (refunds must be requested by the original purchaser)

5. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • E-Wallets: 3-5 business days

6. Partial Refunds

For multi-session packages (e.g., Mentor Pack with 3 sessions):

  • If you've used some sessions, we may offer a partial refund for unused sessions
  • Partial refunds are calculated based on the per-session price
  • Contact us to discuss partial refund options

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:

  • We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund
  • Please provide details about the technical issue when requesting a refund
