By accessing or using BeeReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeeReady is an AI-powered interview practice platform that provides simulated interview experiences for LPDP scholarship candidates and other interview preparation purposes. The Service uses artificial intelligence to evaluate responses and provide feedback.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required to access certain features of the Service
  • All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions (BeePass) automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to create competing products or services

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BeeReady and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your interview responses and data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The AI evaluations will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Practice results will guarantee success in actual interviews

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
